Return policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Romanian and EU consumer protection law (OUG 34/2014).

Conditions for return

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
• Original packaging (polybag, tissue paper, manifesto card) must be included
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

How to return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Defective items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

For unresolved disputes, you may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
